Frank Durbin
Frank "Skip" Durbin has served as Contracts Management Officer for the Cybrix Group since 2004. In this role, he oversees the company's strategic planning function, emerging markets, corporate communications, and government relations operations.
Prior to joining the Cybrix team, Skip served our nation for 22 years in the U.S. Navy. During his distinguished career, he earned the Master Training Specialist designation and was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal and Joint Service Achievement Medal.
