Keith Vassalotti

Keith Vassalotti has over 30 years of management, finance and accounting experience in the Telecommunications and HR/Payroll Services industries.  Keith joined Cybrix in September 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.  He has overall responsibility for the Company’s operations, planning and finance activities.

Prior to joining Cybrix, Keith was a Senior Vice President of Finance at Ceridian Corporation where he had responsibility for finance and regulatory compliance.  In that capacity, he provided key leadership support to the executive management team and led the organization in eliminating over $30 million in annual costs.  He also implemented programs to mitigate risk from fraud and strengthen internal controls.

Prior to Ceridian, Keith held senior financial management positions at Intermedia Communications where he implemented planning and analysis processes and re-engineered several departments resulting in significant efficiency improvements and cost reductions.  Earlier in his career, Keith held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and accounting at Verizon.

Keith holds a bachelors degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.
